DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

For Students

If you are a student and wish to request deletion of your data from the RoamEase app:

  1. Contact your hostel manager (the authorized representative of your institution)
  2. The hostel manager will verify your association with the college
  3. The manager will notify us to proceed with data deletion

Automatic Data Deletion

Once your academic tenure is completed and your association with the hostel ends:

  • Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
  • This process occurs automatically within 1 year of your tenure completion
